We have the necessary capacity to design and construct structural steel buildings, pipe supports, shelters, loading gantries, warehouses, telecommunication masts, etc. We have preexisting and preapproved designs and drawings for warehouses, loading gantries, shelters, and telecommunication masts that can be reviewed and approved by our clients if found suitable. We also have both foreign and local partners who can supply all necessary materials for these structural fabrication works.
We possess capabilities and competencies in fabrication, testing, and installation of process pipings, underground flowlines, surface flowlines, and HDPE, PVC, and fiberglass underground firewater line installation. We have over 20 qualified steel pipe welders, 15 qualified steel pipefitters, with all the needed tools and equipment to deploy all of them for timely and safe project delivery. We deliver on the entire process piping projects including hydrotest, line cleaning, radiography, blasting, and painting as well as installation. We possess capabilities in the deployment of HDPE fusion machines with a maximum fusion capacity of 48 inches and possess all necessary OEM alliances to procure all needed materials.
Volekzy has a team of plant maintenance staff who are experienced in plant turnaround activities. This includes the use of steam in vessel cleaning, cleaning of heater tubes, exchangers, aerial coolers, and process piping. Dismantling and arrangement of vessel internals such as trays in distillation columns, weirs, flow diverters, demisters, etc using OEM drawings and torquing requirements. Most of our maintenance team members participate routinely in the maintenance of Port Harcourt Refinery and Ogbele Refinery and flowstation. We also have the capability to deploy all necessary equipment such as high-pressure steam washers and mobile compressors for thorough cleaning activities
We possess in-house competencies in thermal insulation with the ability to fabricate and install almost all available thermal insulation materials. Some of the materials we readily use are Calcium Silicate, Perlite, Polyurethane, Rockwool, ceramic fiber, Polyisocyanate, etc. We also have the capability to deliver all needed materials in the shortest possible time as we have both in-country and foreign suppliers who produce all the materials listed above. We also have the capability to deliver all adjoining accessories needed to meet all the insulation requirements of our client. Our capability also includes heat tracing using both hot oil and heat tape (electrical). We have a team with combined experience spanning over 50 years in thermal insulation and heat tracing.
We assist our Clients with crane leasing for heavy lifts by evaluating the lifting requirements, advising on the needed lifting equipment and capacity, as well as leasing the needed lifting equipment. We also have well-trained lifting specialists who will assist in the development and evaluation of a lifting plan. We lease equipment such as mobile air compressors, high-pressure pumps, power generators, cranes, earthmoving equipment, trucks for transporting heavy equipment, etc.
Volekzy Integrated Nigeria Limited can install and commission rotating equipment. We carry out pump alignment using laser alignment tools which increases the accurate alignment and inturn reduces vibration tendencies and equipment breakdown. We also carry out rotation tests of electric motors, vibration checks on coolers, compressors, turbines, power generators, etc. Our detailed equipment inspection report on in-service equipment helps our Clients’ plan maintenance appropriately and also prevent equipment breakdown.
